Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 23 September 2026

Welcome to Xenvora. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Xenvora.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

1. General

Throughout these Terms, the words "Xenvora", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Xenvora.

By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and any policies referred to within them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this website with a revised Last Updated date.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, options, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, manufacturing variations, and the display settings of your device.

Personalised products are produced or customised using the information you provide when placing your order. You are responsible for checking any names, spelling, wording, or other personalisation details before submitting your order.

We may update, discontinue, or change products offered on the website at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices shown at checkout include any applicable taxes where required.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be completed.

We aim to ensure all pricing information is accurate. If we identify an obvious pricing error affecting an order, we may contact you before fulfilment to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the affected item or order for a refund.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received.

An order may be refused or cancelled where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

  • Payment failure or suspected fraud
  • An obvious pricing or listing error
  • Product unavailability
  • Incomplete or invalid order information
  • An inability to fulfil a personalised order using the information provided

Where payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Xenvora currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Our current standard shipping rates are set out in our Shipping Policy.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as promptly as reasonably possible. Delivery timing may vary depending on the product, personalisation requirements, delivery provider, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made.

Goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible items.

Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Personalised or customised products are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns because they are made or customised to your specification.

This exclusion does not affect your rights where an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

UK customers buying online also have statutory cancellation rights for many distance purchases, generally including a 14-day period to notify the retailer of cancellation, subject to exceptions such as certain personalised goods.

8. Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights, which may include a refund, repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.

This applies to all products, including personalised or customised items.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under UK consumer law.

9. Personalised Products

Where a product is personalised or customised, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is correct before completing your purchase.

Once production or processing has begun, it may not be possible to amend or cancel personalised details.

Personalised or customised products are generally excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights where they are made to your specification, although your rights remain where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including Xenvora branding, logos, text, graphics, website design, and original materials created for the site, is owned by or licensed to Xenvora.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use protected Xenvora content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party product imagery, trademarks, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Xenvora will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

13. Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier or transport disruption
  • Strikes or labour disputes
  • Supply-chain disruption
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical outages
  • Other events that we could not reasonably prevent or avoid

Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep you informed where appropriate.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, this does not affect any mandatory legal protections or rights available to you under the laws applicable where you live.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.
